Return Eligibility

At LPGas4U, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), specific restrictions apply to returns.

• Defective Cylinders: If you receive a cylinder that is defective (e.g., leaking valve, damaged body), please contact us immediately. We will replace it at no additional cost.
• Incorrect Orders: If we delivered the wrong size or product, do not break the seal. Contact us within 24 hours for a free exchange.
• Accessories: Unused gas accessories (regulators, hoses) can be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original packaging.

Safety Restrictions

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Partially used gas cylinders.
• Cylinders that have been tampered with or modified.
• Cylinders stored in unsafe conditions after delivery.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer direct exchanges for empty cylinders. If you have an empty cylinder from a different major supplier, we may be able to exchange it depending on our current stock and compatibility. Please check with our driver or support team.
