Delivery Overview

LPGas4U delivers LP Gas cylinders and related accessories directly to your door across Johannesburg and surrounding Gauteng areas. We specialise in same-day delivery where capacity and order timing allow.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

• Midrand
• Fourways
• Sandton
• Randburg
• Roodepoort
• Johannesburg CBD
• Pretoria
• Centurion
• Kempton Park
• Benoni

If your area is not listed, please contact us — we may still be able to assist.

Delivery Fees

Delivery within our standard service areas is currently provided free of charge. Any change to delivery fees will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed early enough on weekdays, subject to driver availability and your delivery area.
• Standard delivery: Typically within 24 hours for confirmed orders in our coverage areas.
• Collection: You may arrange collection from our Midrand premises where agreed in advance.

We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm delivery timing after your order is placed.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order online or via WhatsApp, our team will confirm stock availability, delivery address, and preferred time slot. Delivery is only dispatched once the order has been confirmed with you.

Delivery Requirements

• Someone aged 18 or older must be available to receive the delivery.
• Please provide a clear, accurate delivery address and contact number.
• Empty cylinders for exchange should be ready and accessible at the time of delivery.
• Cylinders must be stored in a safe, well-ventilated outdoor area after delivery.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If we cannot complete a delivery because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or access is restricted, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being cancelled and a refund processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
